A synthetic scheme of the defined deadlines
To guarantee the control mechanism on the quality of project development, we agree to settle some deadlines for the most important actions. The voice between parenthesis show the subjects charged to respect the deadline.
- Glossary: publishing of the first draft, on the basis of some preexisting local glossaries. This first edition aims just to represent a standard format to begin the comparison with the others documents (ITALY)
- Network: publishing of the Agreement Protocol for Mutual Collaboration in Civil Protection Activities. The agreement, that keeps in touch the Emilia Romagna Region with other European local gouvernements, is published just to involve the local authorities (not concerned by the first signature) in a reflexion towards an active collaboration of Local Bodies in the field of civil protection. The Participants took charge to propose the text of the document to their local authorities. (ITALY)
- Teams activities: publishing of a standard format for the web curricula (ITALY)
- Documentation: simplifying in a page of the website every own civil protection structure. During the first day of the meeting every participant gave an overview on the national structure of civil protection. That explanation will be the subject for a specific page in their own space in the website (EVERYONE)
- Documentation: sending of a CD-Rom with photos, data, maps of the territory of Ferrara, to allow the training of the teams on the hydro-morphologic characteristics of the area that will be interested by the exercise (ITALY)
- Teams activities: website publishing of photo and curricula of all the persons who will compose the team participating at the exercise. This first deadline is foreseen for those who already have a defined core of participants (EVERYONE)
- Glossary: translation in English and sending of other documents that could compose, compared with the first draft, a second step of the glossary edition (EVERYONE)
- Documentation: translation and sending of text documents that could integrate the documentation sent by CD-Rom, to improuve the information basis on hydro-morphologic characteristics of the area interested by the exercise (ITALY)
- Documentation: publishing and sending of definitive scenery, methodology of regional civil protection structure that will be moved to face at the assumed emergency, equipments used and to be requested (ITALY)
- Teams activities: definitively composition of the remaining teams and website publishing of photo and curricula (EVERYONE)
- Glossary: elaboration of a new draft on the basis of the Italian first draft and the other documents collected and sent by the participants. Publishing of the second draft and beginning of the general discussion (ITALY and then EVERYONE)
- Documentation: overview on the equipments that could be really moved by the participants for the exercise (EVERYONE)
