REGISTRATION IN THE POINTS OF WATERCOURSE INDICATED BY AIPO (WATERSIDE, LANDSIDE, PROOFS WITH THE SCUBADIVERS AND CAMERA); VISUAL AND OPERATIVE MONITORING, CENSUS NEAR THE BANKS (seepages, leakages into the cofferdam, dyke directly alongside the waterway, water-bearing stratum)

Evening: Night monitoring with light towers, burning torch and all available materials.
Thursday 6th October
Morning and afternoon:
1.Registration in the points of watercourse indicated by Aipo (waterside, landside, proofs with the scubadivers and camera); visual and operative monitoring, census near the banks (seepages, leakages into the cofferdam, dyke directly alongside the waterway, water-bearing stratum).
2.Coronelle for containing the leakages into the cofferdam (filling and laying down the sandbags).
3.Laying down groundsheets to fortify the banks, “froldo” problems, assistance with scuba divers.
4.Closure of streets near the leakage, selecting other ways.
5.Indemnify houses near to the leakage or the seepages, restraining the flood with motorpumps for water float.
6.After the continuous weather adversities, the main bank gives problems in the villane of Porporana: possible evacuation in the territory of Salvatonica, Porporana, Ravalle, Casaglia, Diamantina, experimentation of the methodology about information for the inhabitants (practical training in a school)
7.Rescue of missing people with dogs units.
8.Indemnify of stockholdings.
SOCIO-SANITARY PROGRAM: 8:30 – 18:00 Excursion to the building site of TAV (Sasso Marconi- Bologna), demonstration of especial equipments for rescues in galleries and practical proofs.
Evening: Night monitoring with light towers, burning torch and all available materials.
SOCIO-SANITARY PROGRAM: 21:00 – 23:00 PMA Communications, comparing activation system (compulsory for team leaders and open to everyone interested)
Friday 7th October
Morning & Afternoon:
At 9.00 signal of alert
1.2 units of coordinamento ferrara, 2 europee, 1 squadra informazione sul pulman, 1 socio sanitario 118, 1 socio assistenziale europea – Censimento zona ed evacuazione

Saturday 8th October
Morning: arrivals of the regional teams (already activated in ALARM PHASE), combined activities, placing side by side the regional teams and the European Civil Protection Forces, following the program of the regional exercise.
Afternoon: Plenary session, presentation of the conclusions and of the evaluations about the definitive guidelines to be sent to E.C. (the European procedures about hydro-geological risk prevention and intervention).
Evening: final party to be organized by the teams
