A shared work for a common language
A relevant step of the program is the edition of a common technical language. When you miss the words, communication falls. The edition of a common glossary of terms wants to be one of the main issue of the project. We will need the biggest shared help from every partner and participant. Due to the distances between us and the prevision of only two meetings before the exercise, the biggest part of it has to be discussed on these pages. Some tools will be prepared, like thematic forums and maybe some pools.
We hope to receive the biggest help from everyone, even if undirectly involved in other aspects of the project. In this way, the result should have a great importance in order to be promoted at European level. We would like to propose it as the official glossary (or a good basis to be implemented) in the cadre of European civil protection actions.
At the moment you can have an overview on the methodology of work and on the first list of terms. The THAM group has also proposed a personal contribution in its pages for a specified utility to edit and interrogate the glossary by queries. We invite you to take a look on it and to post your comments in the forum.
