Here we will publish the answers to the detailed questions that could interest every user, but also will find place instructions about understanding and making easy the inclusion of contents in the internet site by all participants. The site has the intention of promoting the best participation, not only between the community of volunteers. For this reason, also taking in consideration this need, the language sometimes will be direct and informal even if the technical strictness of civil protection contents will be respected.

What should an interested organization do to take part in the project

4. If you are interested download the agreement (participant or observer)
5. Signe it and send it by fax at our contacts
6. Collect and send us some information and pictures
so that we should publish the first page about your organization
7. Keep you adjourned following the updates as described below
8. If you aren't an organization, but just a civil protection volunteer,
ask to your organization to participate or take contact with the involved closest one

How to find and read the contents
Network: this is the heart of the site and the space dedicated to all organizations that will take part in the project. Through a simple admittance, as introducing your UserID and your Password, every group could simultaneously put materials on the site in real time. This is possible with the aid of the software at the basis of this website Priscilla, a contents manager that allows a shared accessibility to insert and modify the contents. It is very important that this section would be kept updated with the aim to represent an exchange and information tool amongst all participants. The conditions about the entrance and the interactive methodology will be discussed during the first preliminary meeting also through specific training courses. At the moment the subdirectories are: PARTNERS, a picture of the 4 organizations proposing the project; NETCORE, an access to the knowledge of all participants organizations where will find place the personalized pages; NETWORKING, an overview on the shared tools used to guarantee the best way to work togheter.
Actions Diary: this is a kind of newsletter on line. Considering that it's impossible to communicate individually with all participants and that we won't fill in your email boxes, the executive group is compiling a kind of diary agenda of the realized steps. The main part of information that you can get in real time is here, in this section. As soon as possible the news will concern not only the financial partners of the project but also the European participants and their realized actions. We suggest to you to consult usually this section.
Tools and Resources: that is the section dedicated to the download of the official documents and of the form the organizations can complete with the aim to participate to our activities.
Forum: as every online forum, this tool is a precious mean apt to elaborate the discussions whereas the participants are interested and busy in working with it. The forum has the function to guarantee the highest participation of all users during all moments where an official decision is going to be taken or when we are thinking about the official issues. New themes for the dialogue will be introduced according to the requirements of the project development.
Glossary: it is the common language which represents one of the main objectives of the project. We are going to open a specific forum to collect information related to this issue and to underline contributes that are already active, or to link our site to other interesting pages, in order to recollect opinions, suggestions, guidelines and personal views about the redaction of an official European language in field of civil protection.
Newsletter: this is a tool for which we didn't foresee a current use, according to the fact that we prefer to give the information through other tools introduced in the site (Homepage index, Actions diary, Forum). However, in the next weeks, it will be useful to promote its use in order to communicate the development of the activities, the main events and the obtained results.
